How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 5-9 business days across the US and UK.
Where do you ship from?
We work with fulfillment partners close to our biggest markets so most orders move quickly without extra customs delays.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. If it's not right for your pet, send it back for a full refund.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check status anytime from our Track My Order page.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — all payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
